Fowler Clinic Wish List!

The Fowler Memorial Free Dental Clinic offers free dental services to childred ages 3 to 12 and is supported by volunteers and donations from the community. Here are some items and services the clinic is in need of. Your donations are very valuable to this effort and we thank you for any help you can provide.

  • Volunteer dentists (one 4-hr session per month, either morning or afternoon)
  • Volunteer dental hygienists (one 4-hr session per month, either morning or afternoon)
  • Volunteer dentist assistants
  • Volunteer front desk receptionists
  • Volunteer scheduler
  • Sealant material with applicator
  • Masks (ear loops)
  • Sanitizing bags (all sizes)
  • Patient bibs
  • Saliva ejectors
  • Flouride trays (medium size)
  • Copy paper (color perferred)
  • Stickers (small)
  • Suction cleaning solution
  • Ultrasonic cleaning solution
  • Distilled water (gallons)
  • Handpiece lubricant
  • Dycal
  • Vitrabond
  • IRM capsules (unidose)
  • Toothbrushes (children size)
  • Toothpaste (sample size)
  • Floss (sample size)
  • Private donations (any amount is appreciated sent to the address of the clinic)

Location and Hours
Fowler Memorial Free Dental Clinic is located on the first floor of the Government Services Building of the Pleasant View Complex, just East of Monroe, Wisconsin on Highway 81. Current clinic hours are from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Fridays.
