The Fowler Memorial Free Dental Clinic officially opened its doors
to patients on April 3, 2009. Patients (children 3 - 12) are seen on a
referral-basis only via the following referrers:
- Green County Health Department
- Green County Human Services
- Public Health Nurse
- Monroe Clinic ER or Pediatrics Departments
- Green County School Nurse
Currently the clinic is in need of more dental professional
volunteers such as dentists, dental assistants and dental hygienists so
the clinic can be open more days than just Fridays and could extend the
patient population beyond the 3-12 yrs. age range it currently services.
Area dental professionals, dentist, hygienist, etc. who could volunteer are encouraged to call or email the Clinic Coordinator at Fowler Memorial Free Dental Clinic.

Fowler Memorial Free Dental Clinic is located on the first floor of the Government Services Building of the Pleasant View Complex, just East of Monroe, Wisconsin on Highway 81. Current clinic hours are by appointment only.
