The clinic is not seeing adult patients at this point in time. Only children in Green County, WI between the ages of 3-12 are seen by appointment.
Location and Hours
Fowler Memorial Free Dental Clinic is located on the first floor of the
Government Services Building of the Pleasant View Complex, just East of
Monroe, Wisconsin on Highway 81. Current clinic hours are from 8 a.m.
to 12 noon on Fridays.
